- What is Raisay?
- Raisay is a private AI companion experience built around fictional AI characters with distinct personalities, public Moments, and conversations that can carry forward relevant details you choose to share.
- Are Raisay characters real people?
- No. Every Raisay character is fictional, powered by AI, and depicted as 18 years of age or older. Character images, biographies, messages, and Moments do not represent a real person or a claim of human identity.
- How does memory work?
- Raisay can extract limited, useful details from your conversation so a future reply can continue naturally. High-risk secrets are excluded, memories are scoped to your account and relationship, and recalled details are used only when relevant.Read the full guide
- Is my conversation private?
- Your one-to-one conversation is tied to your account and is not published as character profile content. Raisay still processes conversation data to provide the service, apply safety controls, retrieve relevant memory, and meet legal or security obligations described in the Privacy Policy.Read the full guide

- Raisay focuses on relationship continuity: each fictional character has a stable identity, way of speaking, public life through Moments, and a memory-aware conversation designed to develop at a consistent pace.Read the full guide
- How do I sign in or reset my password?
- Use Sign in from the header. If you cannot access your account, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the secure link sent to your email.
- How do I change the language?
- Choose EN, 日本語, or 한국어 directly in the header. Your choice stays on this device after a refresh and is also saved to your profile when you are signed in.
- Why is there a message limit?
- Message availability depends on your current plan. The product shows you when a limit is reached and when access becomes available again.
- Can I review or remove saved memories?
- Yes. Signed-in users can review and remove individual memories from the Memories area. Account and data controls are also available in Settings.Read the full guide
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings, go to Privacy and data, and follow the permanent account deletion steps. This action removes associated application data subject to limited legal and security retention.Read the full guide
- How do I report a safety or account issue?
- Email support using the contact option below. Include the page or account issue and what happened, but never send passwords, access tokens, or payment card details.
