Privacy language should be specific enough to support a real decision. The useful questions are where a conversation appears, why information is processed, what controls you have, and which details should never be placed in chat.

What private means in Raisay
Your one-to-one conversation is associated with your account. It is not turned into public character biography text or posted to the public Moments pages. Other visitors do not browse your private conversation through a character profile.
Private does not mean anonymous, end-to-end encrypted, invisible to all service systems, or exempt from the Privacy Policy. Raisay must process information to return messages, operate account features, enforce safety, retrieve relevant context, and protect the service.
Why conversation and account data are processed
The service needs enough context to deliver the experience you request. That can include account authentication, message processing, relevant memory retrieval, abuse prevention, operational troubleshooting, and compliance with legal or security duties.
The Privacy Policy is the canonical source for categories of information, purposes, sharing, retention, and rights. This guide explains the product context but does not replace that policy.
Controls available to you
Signed-in users can review and remove individual memories. Settings contains account and data controls, including the account deletion path. Help explains how to reach support for an account, privacy, billing, or safety concern.

Share less when the detail carries real-world risk
Do not place passwords, one-time codes, full payment credentials, government identifiers, or precise private addresses in a companion chat. If a detail would let someone enter an account, move money, or locate a person, it does not belong in the conversation.
You can still have a meaningful conversation without supplying identifying details. Describe the situation at the level needed for the exchange and keep the people around you anonymous when their identity is not relevant.
Privacy and safety boundaries
Raisay characters are fictional and powered by AI. They are not human confidants, therapists, medical professionals, crisis responders, or a replacement for trusted people. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted person nearby.
Review privacy controls when your needs change. A clear boundary is more useful than assuming a digital conversation carries guarantees the product does not make.

- One-to-one conversations are tied to your account and are not published as public character profile or Moment content.
- Does private mean anonymous?
- No. Private describes the one-to-one product surface, not complete anonymity. Account and service data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Can I remove saved memories?
- Yes. Signed-in users can review and remove individual memories, while broader account and data controls are available in Settings.
