Operator disclosure
raisay.com is operated by the domain owner as an AI entertainment service. Premium and Private may be purchased with a direct USDT TRC20 transfer to the public Owner wallet shown in Checkout.
What we collect
raisay.com stores account information, subscription status, conversation messages, relationship progress, and memories derived from details you share. Technical logs may include device, request, and error information needed to secure and operate the service. For a personal-wallet order, we also store the order snapshot, public wallet address, public transaction hash, verification result, and fulfillment record. We never request or store your wallet private key or seed phrase.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate you, provide personalized AI conversations, retrieve relevant memory, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal conversations.
Service providers
The service relies on Supabase for account and database infrastructure, OpenAI for AI processing, Vercel for hosting, and TRONSCAN for public TRON transaction data. TRON transfers and wallet addresses are public blockchain data. Each provider processes only the information required for its role under its own contractual and security obligations.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential session, authentication, language-preference, and security storage needed to operate the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers may process operational identifiers needed to deliver and protect the site.
Your controls
You can review, correct, and delete individual companion memories in the product. You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion cancels an active subscription before removing the account and associated application data. Limited non-content records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or law.
Security and retention
We use transport encryption, server-only credentials, row-level database access controls, and least-privilege service design. No system is perfectly secure. Information is retained only as long as needed for the service and applicable obligations.
Age requirements and character disclosure
This service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. Every character is fictional, powered by AI, and depicted as 18 years of age or older; characters are not real people or human support providers.
