Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment status
Premium and Private use one-time USDT payments on the TRON / TRC20 network. Signature and Experience Point packs remain unavailable. Blockchain transfers are not automatically reversible, so verify the network, token, wallet address, and exact amount before sending.
Price and renewal disclosure
Premium costs 19.99 USDT and Private costs 69.99 USDT for 30 days. Payments do not renew automatically. Renewal requires a new order and a new manual payment. Checkout identifies the exact amount, asset, network, public wallet, expiration, and required confirmations.
Cancellation
There is no future automatic charge to cancel. Unless mandatory law or an approved refund requires earlier termination, digital access remains available through the end of the paid 30-day period.
Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed for confirmed duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges and whenever required by applicable consumer law. Do not send a second payment while an existing paid order is under verification or manual review. Digital access that has already begun may otherwise be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. This policy does not limit mandatory rights.
Digital delivery
Paid access begins after the transfer receives the required on-chain confirmations and the service activates the entitlement. If payment is confirmed but access is not activated, the order is preserved for safe retry or manual review; contact support and do not pay again.
Availability by country or region
A displayed language does not establish legal availability. Purchase is allowed only where the service and direct USDT TRC20 payment are lawful and the customer is at least 18 years old and has reached the age of majority where they live.
How to request help
Email support@raisay.com from the account email address and include the transaction date, amount, product, order ID, and transaction hash. Never send a wallet private key, seed phrase, password, access token, or other secret.
